1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Blooming Love, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Service Description
Blooming Love is a platform that allows users to create personalized digital bouquets (virtual flowers, messages, ambient melody, and animations) and share them via a unique link. Creating a bouquet is free. A one-time fee is charged when you proceed to share the bouquet.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through Razorpay. The current checkout price and currency are displayed before payment. Because this is a digital service, a refund is not guaranteed after a bouquet has been fulfilled; refund or failed-payment requests can be reviewed by contacting hello@bloominglove.site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use Blooming Love to create or share content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any bouquet that violates these guidelines without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, animations, and visual assets on Blooming Love are our property. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our assets without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Blooming Love is provided as available. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular retention period for share links. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a specific fulfilled bouquet is limited to the amount paid for that bouquet.
7. Governing Law
